Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
It is strictly forbidden to use candles or any other object that can cause a fire. If you smoke on the balcony, please serve yourself and empty the ashtray at your disposal (it is strictly forbidden to throw or crush butts on the balcony ).
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
The tenant is obliged to use the dwelling as a good father and to use the premises peacefully, without creating disturbances in the neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:arrival: between 15:00 and 20:00. We make every effort to ensure that your accommodation is available as soon as possible . Departure: between 08:00 and 10:00. The day of departure the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY
You will have to pay 30% of the total amount if you cancel after booking and the total amount of the reservation if you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival.
Any interrupted or shortened stay, whatever the reason, may not give rise to a refund.
