General terms

1. PAYMENT TERMS
If your arrival is scheduled in more than 30 days, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
If your arrival is scheduled in less than 30 days, full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or any other means accepted by the lessor.

2. DEPOSIT AND RULES OF USE
The tenant undertakes to occupy the premises with due care and attention, respecting the neighbourhood and the rules of the accommodation.
Tenants are requested to check the condition of the accommodation upon arrival and to report any damage, breakages, missing items or other issues within four hours.
If no issues are reported within this time frame, the accommodation will be deemed to be in perfect condition and any damage found thereafter may be held against you.
A bank card imprint of €500 will be taken on the day of arrival using the tenant's bank card.
Without this imprint, access to the accommodation will be refused and the keys cannot be handed over.
This imprint does not result in an immediate debit. However, it may be debited, in whole or in part, after the exit inventory in the following cases:
- damage found
- abnormal dirtiness (€50 flat rate for excessive cleaning)
- loss of keys (€100 flat rate including VAT for replacement of keys and/or remote controls)
If no damage or costs are found, the deposit will be automatically released after the stay within a maximum of 5 days.

Rules to be observed during your stay:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
The use of candles or any object with an open flame is prohibited.
It is forbidden to use the accommodation's electricity to charge an electric vehicle (car, scooter, bicycle, etc.).
Departure from the accommodation must take place in the presence of the host or with their explicit consent.
Dishes must be cleaned and put away before departure.
No rubbish must be left in the accommodation upon departure.
In case of absence, the tenant is responsible for properly closing the French windows, shutters and locks. The landlord declines all responsibility in case of theft.
If smoking on the balcony or in the passageway, please use and empty the ashtray provided. It is forbidden to crush or throw cigarette butts on the ground.
The accommodation is intended for a maximum number of occupants specified at the time of booking. No unregistered guests are allowed without prior agreement.

3. PARKING
A private parking space is available for the duration of your stay.
This car park is not monitored. The landlord cannot be held liable for theft or damage to the vehicle.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSOR
The lessor undertakes to:

Deliver accommodation that is clean, in good general condition and in accordance with the description.
Carry out all repairs necessary for the proper use of the accommodation, excluding rental repairs (in accordance with the decree of 26 August 1987).
Ensure that the tenant has peaceful enjoyment of the premises.
Guarantee the tenant against hidden defects or faults in the accommodation that render it unusable (Article 1721 of the Civil Code).
In the event of exceptional cancellation by the landlord due to force majeure (water damage, fire, disaster, etc.), all sums paid will be refunded, without any further compensation.

5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrivals are between 4pm and 8pm.
Departures must be made before 10.30am.
Any late arrival must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional charge.
To access the naturist village, the purchase of an access card is mandatory and remains the responsibility of the tenant.

6. INTERNET ACCESS
The tenant undertakes not to use the Internet access for illegal activities (in particular the reproduction, distribution or downloading of protected content without authorisation).
Wi-Fi service is included in the rental. However, the lessor cannot be held responsible for any service interruptions related to the access provider or external causes.
No refund will be given in the event of temporary unavailability of the connection.

7. SOUND ATMOSPHERE AND FESTIVE ENVIRONMENT OF THE NATURIST VILLAGE
The accommodation offered for rent is located within the naturist village of Cap d'Agde, known for its lively atmosphere, particularly during the summer season.
The tenant is informed that the village has a lively nightlife, with bars, clubs and other entertainment venues, and that noise pollution may occur, particularly in the evening and until 2 a.m. (or later, depending on the time of year or events organised). The noise level may vary depending on the location of the accommodation, but no accommodation is completely immune to the atmosphere of the village.
By making a booking, the tenant expressly acknowledges and accepts this festive and noisy environment, waives any claim, request for a reduction, cancellation or refund related to noise or the surrounding nightlife, and undertakes not to initiate any chargeback proceedings on this basis.

Rules

Cancellation

You must pay 30% of the total amount if you cancel after booking.
The full amount must be paid if you cancel within 30 days of arrival.
If the balance is not paid within the specified time frame, the booking will be considered cancelled by the customer. No refund of the deposit already paid will be made.
No refund will be given for any interrupted or shortened stay, for whatever reason.
If travellers fail to arrive on the day of arrival without giving valid prior notice, the stay will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be given.
