Nudity is welcomed in the whole village and compulsory in the swimming pools of all establishments and on the extended beach for more than one kilometre long. You will be able to live in total autonomy inside (in high season).

Agde : 7 kms. From the agde train station, you will find bus line 4 which will take you to the naturist village.

The owner is obliged to deliver to the tenant a clean and in good general condition, in conformity with the descriptive state of the accommodation. He must make, during the whole duration of the lease, all the repairs that may become necessary (Article 1720 of the Civil Code). This does not include rental repairs, as enumerated by the decree of August 26, 1987.
The owner is obliged to maintain the dwelling in condition to serve according to the use for which it was rented.

Although compact it had everything I needed for my stay. The owners were kind, communicated clearly and were flexible. The apartment is quiet. The availability of a beautifully clean pool just outside was the cherry on the cake.

Cons: Nothing; I would probably move the toilet roll holder 15cm forward and then it would be perfect

Nous avons passé un très bon week end chez Laurent et Florence. L'accueil de Laurent était exceptionnel, nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse, son écoute et sa disponibilité. L'appartement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour ce petit week end, il est bien équipé et au calme avec une jolie vue sur le port. L'accès au centre du village et aux plages était vraiment pratique, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture. C'était très agréable, merci encore à Laurent pour ses attentions et sa gentillesse

Très beau studio, très bien décoré, très fonctionnel, superbe literie, au calme, proche de toutes les animations. la résidence est calme, bien entretenue avec une grande piscine. Florence est très sympathique et disponible, elle a pris le temps de bien nous informer. Nous avons hâte de revenir.
